We ship from multiple warehouses in the USA, Europe, and Asia to ensure fast delivery. Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items are sourced from different locations.

  • USA: 1–14 business days after processing.
  • International: 1–21 business days (varies by customs).
    Track your order via the confirmation email sent after shipment.

3. What shipping carriers do you use?
FedEx, DHL, UPS, and TNT for express shipping.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders.
We Charge $3.99 for Priority Insured Shipping (Insured Shipping provides shipping insurance for the full retail value of your purchase).
We Charge $4.99 for 3 Month Warranty + Priority Insured Shipping.

5. My order is stuck/lost. What now?
Contact us immediately at info@everysinglenook.store. Insured orders will be replaced or refunded.

  • 30-day window for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
  • Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number and warehouse-specific return address.

7. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (we’ll provide a prepaid label).

8. How long do refunds take?
Up to 10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds go to the original payment method.

9. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Follow the return process and note your desired replacement. Excludes sale/custom items.
